"Pros: Price and location are very good. The bed was just the right kind for me and I liked the old kind of furniture, yet with style. Communication was good with owner. Easy arrival at night with the key in a locker. Cons: Even though it was recently taken cared of from what I understood, after the first few days there were roach on the floor from time to time at night. That is never pleasant. Also, there was no microwave, which I strongly believe is a must-have and not a big investment for an apartment. Also no dishwashing or washing machine, but those are not that important." ~Attila

"Pros: It is a good value for money. The beds are very confortable,with clean sheets and fresh towels. Cons: The toilet was not cleaned. It was rest of sh*t in the toilet bowl. The glasses for drink were dirty with stains of food." ~B.tibi
