"Pros: The apartment was cosy and comfortable. There was a car park included and only a 15min walk into the old town. The amenities were good quality. The heating was warm and cosy. Cons: It would be good if there was a clothes rack to use with the washing machine. The apartment was a bit dark (but we knew that from the lack of windows in the photos)." ~Laura

"Pros: They accepted keeping luggages before check-in and after check-out, breakfast had good variety, staff was helpful, room was clean Cons: Given the Hilton brand’s global reputation, at the very least, a complimentary bottle of water in the room is a basic expectation. Citing “sustainability” and the “reduce plastic” movement as a reason for not providing this comes across more as a cost-cutting measure than a genuine environmental effort—especially for guests unfamiliar with the local tap water quality. In many countries, aging infrastructure still includes asbestos-lined pipes, raising legitimate concerns about water safety. Moreover, the hygiene of communal water dispensers is questionable. There is no clear indication that the filters are regularly replaced or the units are properly maintained. It’s also unsettling to consider that a previous guest, potentially ill, may have pressed their personal bottle against the nozzle. Additionally, placing the dispenser just outside guestroom doors is not ideal. The noise and constant chatter from others refilling their bottles right outside can be intrusive and disrupt the comfort and privacy one expects in a Hilton hotel." ~Tevfik
