"Pros: Great location in the middle of Calimanesti. Very clean and quite modern. The owner was very, very friendly, which, in my mind, makes this property worth even more... I would like to rate this property at 10/10, but it has a few small 'downsides' that need to be mentioned, but a rating of 9/10 or 9.5/10 would be accurate... Cons: The property is on the last floor of a 4 stories building with no elevator. For us, it was not really a problem, but for older/disabled people, this might be an inconvenience. Also, the apartment does not have an AC unit. Again, we didn't feel the need for AC, but summers aren't getting any colder :) Since the property is on the 4th floor, I recommend patience while waiting for the hot water.
