"Pros: The apartment is small but has all the facilities we needed. Kitchen with a stove and oven and a Nespresso machine. There is also a washing machine and a laundry rack to dry the wet clothes. There is a medium size refrigerator that was more than enough for our needs. The flat is renovated and clean.
The location is great. The metro station is a few steps away from the entrance, and it is a walking distance from the Park Lake shopping mall and from a beautiful park.
Cons: The building entrance and elevator are very old.
At the beginning I didn't manage to get the gas stove to work and I had to call the owner. However the owner came in to help and even brought with him a healthy breakfast for us, which was very kind."

"Pros: It's a good size studio, with a small den to get a coffee, without disturbing the other/s.
Good location, right beside Metro entrance. A lot of places to eat and/or get any groceries , not far from studio location. Quiet building in quite busy neighborhood.
Cons: It lacks some furniture (no bed night tables). I had to use the chairs instead of bed night tables.
The bathroom toilet reservoir had improvised water flushing "button" (it's actually a red cord). Also, the fan is not working, and make a strange noise. Towels were really rough.
Kitchen lack utensils (there maybe enough for a single one, but not a couple). Kettle led is damaged and boiled water can run on your hand and can burn your skin: safety issue!! No start-up kit: hand towel, coffee, tea, etc. I had to run to a grocery store for the minimum stuff."
