"Pros: The location was exactly what we needed though if you came to visit the city better stay closer to the centre Cons: There was a problem with the air-con unit being the house of birds. We woke up in the middle of the night thinking that there were rats but thank god no! Only birds in the air con unit. Horrible experience though. In the morning they woke us up around 5…good we only stayed for two nights They weren’t very careful with the cleaning as my friend got dirty towels. Plus, they tried and make us pay for the parking even though it’s written on the website that’s included. Of course we didn’t, but there are people who pay and don’t argue. Honestly, that’s their fault. Location is good. Only a short walk to the tube station and then another 30 minutes to the city centre. The hotel is outdated, old furniture not so comfy beds. Breakfast was ok but the fact that they mixed the hotdogs in the omelette was quite wrong as they didn’t give you another choice of eggs at the same time." ~Oana-luminita
