The place was spotless clean, bathroom brand new, nice welcome drinks and sweets in the fridge. There was tea and coffee in very reasonable amounts. Nice and easy communication with the owner. "Pros: The host was very responsible. She was very helpful and polite.She responded to all my messages and to all my questions right away. I was calm during my stay because I knew I could rely on her and even though something happened to my phone and I could not call anyone I still received all the needed information via messages in the booking app. She sent very detailed explanation for everything that was very helpful. The pictures of the building outside helped us figure out that we are at the right place. When you get into the building open the door of the elevator with your hand, like a house door.The apartment looked exactly like its pictures. The stove was working,there was a washing machine,a fridge. The water in the kitchen and in the shower was perfectly warm. The temperature in the room was also perfect, despite our stay in winter. There was everything you could possibly need - an iron, a hairdryer, dishes, a frying pan. I should've asked for one more blanket because it was not convenient and too thin.but that's my fault, I should've asked.The view from the window was very lovely. There were two supermarkets nearby. The metro was in a 10 minute walk and the buses 104 and 123 as well. The buses 61,70,90,69 were in a 5 minute walk. The old town is very close either two bus stops or a walk. We are very thankful for everything the host did for us. If I could give her 100 stars I would, if I ever get a chance to come back to this city, I would definitely come back to this apartment.
