"Pros: Everything was perfect! The apartment is clean and cozy! It's close to the city centre, metro station and shop. The woman was really kind and helping. There is everything needed - hairdryer, iron and even washing machine. Definitely recommend!" ~Jenia

"Pros: This flat is in a prime location. It is on the first floor, overlooks the main thoroughfare but was quiet throughout. There are amenities nearby, coffee/breakfast booth a couple of doors up and a very nice craft beer pub about 5 mins walk away. The University campus and square, with many bars and restaurants are an easy 10 minute walk away. The flat is well equipped, kitchen, washing machine and TV, none of which we used. Cons: I don't really want much from a stay but some basics are essential. There was No Wi Fi at this location. This proved problematic for both of us as we had to purchase additional data. Consequently, we were unable to use the TV. The internet router, which had the network and password thereon, was not recognised by either of our phones, despite us making sure all the cables were connected properly. There was no power light on the router and I suspect that there was a fault. These things happen but what frustrated us more was that my attempts to contact the owner, notifying him of this problem, were repeatedly ignored. This was despite his initial message to me suggesting that he could be contacted with any issues "We are only a message away" The flat is advertised with more than one bed. We booked it for two people. There was one double bed in its own room and a sofa bed in the lounge area?...You wouldn't want to be sleeping on the sofa bed, I spent 3 uncomfortable nights on it, not what I had expected. I see that other people have highlighted this. The shower worked fine, but there is no holder for the handset on the riser. Consequently you cannot wash and rinse together because you run out of hands! This is easily, and cheaply fixable, so can not understand why it has not be addressed?" ~Gary

"Pros: The place has enough space. Cons: The bathroom is mouldy. It was very small and blocked on the shower. The water runs all over the place. There is no remote to tun on the AC in the living room. There were no bed covers/duvet. The place is not quite looking like the pictures. The bed is not really comfortable." ~Ralph
