Definitely value for money. 5 min walking distance from a shopping mall (food court & Carrefour s.market), 17 min walking distance from Bucharest Nord train station (which takes you to the airport - on a 30 min journey for very little money) and 50 min walking distance from Palace of parliament.
Cons: The a/c system very noisy. To the point that you cannot sleep while it's on practically. Unless you are a heavy sleeper..."
