Cons: I would prefer a soap dispancer and shower gel dispancer in the bathroom instead of small 10ml bottles. The ac could not make the temperature lower than 26, outside was 38. Nothing is perfect but this hotel comes close"

Located in a resort with many hotels but in prime location with very accessible and warm architecture -easily accessible facilities.
Cons: long que to book appointments for massage and balneotherapy.lack of receptionist at booking therapies desk. Lack of personnel for cosmetic treatment, lack of consideration from management about having to book appointments a week in advance.
Lack of internal phone line ( was not working) and lack of possibility to book therapy appointments by phone.
I also found this booking system cumbersome and primitive."
