"Pros: The location, the host, it was clean, comfortable bed, coffee pods, everything it needed, water available. Nice and quality furnishings. The communication and information provided was very clear and timely. Cons: Perhaps a little more care with the toiletries, the small bottles of shampoo were open and partially used, which is a bit disgusting. Maybe better quality such products so they match the quality and level of the apartment and the furnishings." ~Mihaela
