"Pros: The personnel was professional and welcoming, the spa zone is good and spacious, saunas are great. The location is very nice and relaxing. The breakfast and dinner buffet is good, food is tasty. Special thank you for surprise in the room for our anniversary Cons: The room was pretty old and shabby: the door to the bathroom didn't close, the door of the minibar was practically falling apart from the fridge. The cleaning ladies came into the room twice at 9 am, while we were sleeping. After the first intrusion we set Don't Disturb sign on the panel near the door, but the cleaners came into the room anyway. Also, there were a noisy sports event just in front of the hotel both days of our stay and the was loud music in the morning. The hotel didn't write about it until the day of check-in when it was too late to cancel the room without paying. We didn't get to sleep well both days because of the intrusive cleaners and loud music. Also, the hotel bar is combined with the children's corner which is on for drinking parents no doubt but is a cringe for grow ups without kids, as the bar is loud and has the vibe of a municipal playground cafe.
