"Pros: We've had a NY get-together party and apartment had most things needed for cooking +dishwasher. Private parking. 3B/2BR (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Lots of cozy clean bathrobes and towels. Minimalist but high-quality furniture and plumbing. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Helpful hosts; a family that can communicate effectively and responds well to constructive criticism. They brought us some missing cooking utensils at our request, and promised to fix some other minor issues, like the pillows that weren't very comfortable. Cons: Capricious heating system that is easy to turn off by accident - as it's on the bathroom light switch. Worst of all, the thermostat itself keeps working, but will not heat things up. Thought it was broken, until the owners explained that we've just accidentally turned off the heater itself. No washing(laundry) machine, though there is a dishwasher. Apartment has paper-thin walls. Combined with lack of carpets & wallpapers - the apartment is quite noisy. Not to mention that you can hear your neighbors - vacuuming their flat at 23:00 on 30th of Dec - as if they were in the same apartment with you. But most of the time we had peace, even on the New Year's eve." ~Aleksandr
