"Pros: Overall, it is a lovely hotel offering high-quality services. The staff is particularly attentive to customers and will do everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable. One of the top points is that you can choose to have breakfast in your room with no additional charges... that's a very nice service! Cons: The breakfast buffet was average, and the food quality of the breakfast in the room was below average. The bedding wasn't good enough for me. The hotel has no outdoor pool, and access to the Kempinski beach hotel was forbidden during Eid Break, which coincided with our travel period." ~Ali
