"Pros: Room was fantastic! Large and luxurious. Connected walkway to Mall and Doha Quest, which is super helpful if you want to keep entertained without braving the heat. Cons: Staff was hit or miss. Some super friendly (breakfast restaurant staff were all lovely), others not so much. Housekeeping missed the mark. We checked in early after a long flight and asked them to prepare the beds for our tired kids while we gave them breakfast. Came back to the room and found the pillows and duvets just left behind with no bedsheets and beds not made." ~Vikram
