"Pros: Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our party of 8 adults and 4 children Cons: It was hard to use the kitchen to cook meals for such a large group. Needed some kitchen towels and a draining board to wash dishes. Additional dishes, silverware and coffee mugs would have been helpful. Pretty noisy from highway traffic, but that obviously is out of the owner's control." ~Mary

"Pros: The Building itself was great. It was very clean. We stayed in the room with the private outdoor shower, on the top floor. it was really nice. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable and clean. Cons: The location is just terrible. It feels like you are in the "hood". Very sketchy looking buildings, and few homeless people lingering around outside. Also, we rented a car and we couldn't find parking close by, we had to park several blocks away, at night it's scary because of the sketchy location. For that reason, I wouldn't recommend it for "tourists". If you are a native to PR, or are already aware of how some parts of San Juan are, and that doesn't bother you, its a great place to stay at." ~Keila
