"Pros: Nice location, except for traffic noise as windows don't close all the way. There was plenty of hot water. The bathroom was clean. Air conditioning was a mini-split that worked well. The building security was excellent. The owner/manager was very responsive via text. The bed was comfortable and there was enough bedding/towels/linens. Cons: The rental was advertised as a one bedroom. It is not. It is an efficiency. Everything is in one room, the bed, the couch where the back folds down and makes a bed, the kitchenette and the tiny eating table. Bedside reading lights would have been really nice as the overall amount of light was lacking. The plug to the hanging light was shorted out, so we couldn't use it. The floor had a fair amount of debris on it. I would've vacuumed, but there wasn't one available. The kitchenette could use a deep cleaning, but otherwise, the efficiency was pretty clean. The old venetian-style windows don't close, leaving about an inch gap around. This in only a problem when the idiots drive by with their radios blaring." ~Todd
