"Pros: Location - Front beach
Cons: Casa Isleña has a great vibe and location (beach front), but my experience was disrupted by lack of administrative oversight. I was called the morning before my confirmed check-out date and told I had to leave, despite having a valid reservation for another night. I had to interrupt my plans and return to the hotel, where they admitted it was a double-booking error due to a system glitch. They moved me to a less comfortable room near the kitchen, which felt more like a downgrade. Mistakes happen, but this was handled poorly and left a disappointing impression.
I hope they address this issue seriously and improve how they manage bookings and customer communication since I was told that this isn’t the first time they’ve had system glitches when reservations are made through third-party apps."
