Cons: Need more blankets on site. It would be nice 🙂 if there was some coffee for at least 2 cups but I'm not complaining. I would totally come back here and stay in the unit with the rooftop access."

"Pros: We just loved the location of the property. Quiet and well situated. We had everything we could possibly need in the apartment and the surrounding area.
Cons: There was a crabby old lady that would make comments to us every time we used the pool and would complain about kids even though all families were well behaved and quiet. She lived in the F building and made daily interactions awkward because of her attitude. Someone had said she was a property manager but agreed that she made them not want to be there as well and they were just two adults. Sad for the property"

The Duravit German plumbing made for nice bathroom experience. Marble floors nice. View of ocean is nice.

Cons: The facility and the apartment are simply furnished. The low price reflects that this isn’t a refined, high-touch experience. I love how in the PR lots of caulking is used to cover lack of craftsmanship."
