"Pros: The location was great! Right in between 2 of the best beaches, Shacks and Jobos. Gated community, close to groceries and restaurants, too. It was great that it actually fits a family of 7! The showers were great. We had a washer and dryer as well. The rooftop terrace was awesome, and having a pool on site was an added plus! Cons: Would have liked chairs and a beach umbrella to be available. It got expensive to rent them each day. The apartment pool wasn't kept as clean as it should have been, and the bathrooms at the pool were always locked. Chairs for the patio off the living room and additional chairs for the dining table are really needed since the house sleeps more than 4." ~Doreen

"Pros: We just loved the location of the property. Quiet and well situated. We had everything we could possibly need in the apartment and the surrounding area. Cons: There was a crabby old lady that would make comments to us every time we used the pool and would complain about kids even though all families were well behaved and quiet. She lived in the F building and made daily interactions awkward because of her attitude. Someone had said she was a property manager but agreed that she made them not want to be there as well and they were just two adults. Sad for the property" ~Monica
