"Pros: Everthing! We were having a difficult time at an Airbnb that had no hot water, soap, Internet, and the car we rented from the host had no speedometer, the back window wouldn’t stay up and had a little piece of paper shoved into it to keep it up, but it didn’t work. We were on a very steep hill the car stalled and lost power steering we almost had a fatal crash. At least the e brake worked! We were bound to a two day minimum stay and we got out of there as quickly as we could. We checked out El Navigante looking for a place to stay. That’s when we met Nania. We knew from the moment we met her that this was the place we wanted to stay. She was friendly, knowledgeable, gave us a map right away and told us about all the wonderful beaches as we love to snorkel. We were rattled by our BNB experience but within moments of talking to Nania, it all went away, She was our angel. The rooms were clean, the bed was great, and the view from our balcony was exceptional. Gratitude to all of the staff at El Navigante both in the hotel and the restaurant.
