"Pros: Brand new and fully equiped place: you'll have everything in the kitchen including dishwasher, blender, fridge, bottle opener, some main spicies to cook etc. - the host really thought about everything. There are bed linen and towels, soap, hair dryer and washing machine in the bathroom. You can eat out and look at the sea - however, you'll also look at all the neighbors who are doing the same: the next building is VERY close. We didn't use the underground parking lot but you'll get the key for it. We could bring our 2 dogs without any extra charge, they had a nice place to sleep at the balcony while being tied (the balcony isn't secure and the dogs would easily go out, it's ground floor and many stray cats in the area). The TV works.
Cons: I give 10 points because the place was exactly what we needed and I always love staying at the sea but there were minor things that you should know before booking it: it is FAR from shops, main beach, port, restaurant. The private beach that you'll have access to is a tiny square of sand among trees, good enough for one person, you'll see the sea from your window and will stay very close to it but you won't have the direct access to a big, large, sandy beach that you probably imagine. If you don't mind long walks by the sea with your dog, it will be the perfect place for you. In the flat, the water in the shower stinks like rotten eggs (not the host's fault, it's probably because the flat is so close to the sea and water). The bed mattress indeed isn't very comfy - very soft and pleated. The flat isn't soundproof, you can hear the neighbour upstairs taking shower and all the people going in and out the building. The WiFi is very moody, works or not." ~Zlotowlosa7
