"Pros: The property is very close to the main railway station, it has tea/coffee, toiletries and everything necessary. It was quite clean, quiet and cosy. We had a good rest in the middle of our long journey. Cons: Overall the property is almost perfect, just a few minor things: no lift in the building, so no step free access, lack of towels (no small towels for face). What also is annoying in all apartments of such type: they send instructions to access the building barely an hour before check-in. If they are afraid that people can arrive earlier than 16-00, they can change the safe code for the next guests. The owners need to understand that people may be travelling from abroad, their connection may be unstable, their sim-cards may stop working after crossing the Polish border. In my app I didn't have access to the internet between 11AM and 3PM. (Because of travelling) Providing access instructions in advance could give some peace of mind for the guests." ~Oleksandra

"Pros: I’ve stayed at this apartment many times on my way to Ukraine, and I always appreciate its cleanliness, comfort, and great location. The host is consistently attentive to special requests — during my last visit, I mentioned that there wasn’t a microwave, and this time, it was there! Thank you for that thoughtful touch. Cons: Just one small suggestion for future stays: I was traveling with my partner this time, and the blanket felt a bit small for two. Maybe a larger one could be added? Also, a coffee machine would be a nice extra, if possible. Otherwise, everything was perfect as usual — thank you again!" ~Hoff
