"Pros: Location - proximity to the main attractions, restaurants and to the train station, ground floor apartment, comfortable sleeping at quiet place. Good internet connection. Hosts attentivity and quick reaction. Cons: Issues with the door locker - especially at the evening, when the hosts phone was not reachable for some minutes. "Pros: Loved the location—charming area of Przemysl and very near the train station and good restaurants. The Internet was fast. The water was hot. It was clean. Modern and other than some street noise, very quiet. Cons: The main complaint is the 10:00 AM check-out time. That is crazy. 11 AM at the earliest. It creates a significant inconvenience if you don't leave until later in the day, or if you would like to visit the gym or grab some breakfast before having to lug your bags around town. Secondly, the stairs... but that is to be expected in an old city like Przemysl. Just be prepared, and if you are elderly or have mobility issues, you may wish to consider an alternative location. Finally, their check-in list sets a negative tone - don't do this, don't do that, bla, bla. They must have had some bad experiences with previous guests, but they could use someone from a Public Relations background to do a review of their materials as it sets a negative tone, unnecessarily (as their "demands" are not beyond the pale, at all very standard stuff). FINAL THOUGHT: Installing blackout curtains or more comprehensive window coverage would be ideal, as the sun beams in at 4 AM during the summer months. LANDLORDS - pretend YOU had to sleep there.
