"Pros: Extremely centrally located, less than two minutes walk from the Old Town Hall. This was a bright, spacious apartment (the main room in particular was even more spacious than I had expected). Kitchen was equipped with most things one needed. Bathroom (though small) had a decent bathtub, which was a big bonus for me! There were extensive open shelving racks on two walls of the living room, allowing plenty of storage space for clothes etc. Some nice quirky touches included the copper worktop finishes in the kitchen and the natural stone washbasin in the bathroom. Wifi access was fast and very reliable. Check-in instructions were very clear and I accessed the apartment with ease. It's on the first floor with views onto Wroniecka Street. (If you lean out of the living room window, you can see the Old Town Hall tower, though unfortunately this view is largely obscured by a big satellite dish!) There was a Music Academy hall of residence directly opposite the apartment, so I sometimes heard delightful live piano music wafting across the street! There was also an interesting little commercial art gallery next door to the apartment block with a very friendly curator called Vitek. Host's communications were helpful and always very prompt. The whole stay was superb value for money - I do not think I would have got a better deal anywhere in the city! Cons: The principal room felt a bit bare - some artwork on the walls would have helped to give the place more sense of character. The (post-modern style?) electrical flexes trailing from the ceiling were a little distracting. One or two of the mains power sockets in the living room did not function reliably." ~Mortimer
