"Pros: The greenery visible from the windows, first floor, quiet neighbours, discount store, bakery and tram stop nearby, Pots, cutlery available to cook, fast wifi, comfy mattress and pillows/duvet, space in the kitchen, lots of storage, modern, clean bathroom, south -faced balcony to hang washing-pegs were available. Cons: Dirty floors but a vacuum cleaner and vileda were in the flat so I was polishing the floors regularly, Sadly the neighbours smoke on the balconies so we had to keep the windows and the balcony closed at all times. The shades on the windows do not block the light so be prepared to wake up early in the morning. The shower hose was broken and it was leaking. The kitchen is equipped quite well except for the lack of washing liquid. Only one dishwasher capsule and half of a toilet roll for 2 people for 7 day's stay." ~Anna

"Pros: small but very cozy room, I really liked it, we were only there one night, but the room had everything we needed to make us super comfortable, the necessary equipment was very pleasing, thanks to the hotel for the attentive service!!! Cons: For me personally, the only small minus was that there was no travel version of shampoo and hair conditioner, and I would also really like to see a chair on the balcony for smoking" ~Amanzhayeva
