"Pros: Location. Easy walk to boardwalk at the formosa. Quiet and clean. Cons: You have the option of being met at apartment between 4pm and 8pm or you have to go to Tavira and collect keys (and house rules) between 2pm and 4pm. We only found this out the week before and as we didn't want to be waiting around until possibly 8pm ,we had to go and collect. This option may not be best for everyone. The apartment itself is quite small and felt cramped,although the outside area is large because of the surrounding buildings you only get sun for a few hours, this was in February so may be better in the summer but it is quite overlooked. The towels were quite worn and very small, with only one each for a week. There was no small extras, like tea/ coffee ,oil, paper towel,etc, which we had in every other apartment we stayed in. It felt very basic . Sofa is not comfortable .We have stayed in Cabanas on may occasions but I don't think I would return to this apartment." ~Linda

"Pros: Proximity to the beach and restaurants Cons: Several lights weren’t working and took 2 days to get sorted out. We were charged an extra €30 as our airline was 3 hours delayed due to bad weather. When we complained about it the landlord said she was annoyed." ~Alison
