The Adega do Mirante is located in the scenic Pico Island, in a restored old winery. The foot of Pico Mountain is a 25-minute drive away. The mountain is Portugal’s highest point. The unit has two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed and a satellite TV. There are two bathrooms, one of them located outside the house. It also includes a kitchen and air conditioning. The house has a woodstove, gardens and private parking. Guests may prepare their own meals in the equipped kitchen at their disposal or go to the nearest restaurant, only 100 metres away. Several activities can be enjoyed by guests. Among them is scuba diving, mountain biking and hiking. São Roque do Pico is 300 metres away and features natural swimming pools. The harbour, connecting with the neighbouring São Miguel Island is 1 km away. Pico Airport is a 17-minute drive from Adega do Mirante.
