"Pros: The room was clean with a big clean bathroom. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. There was a communication lack with some due to the fact they were not speaking very good English but we manage to communicate with someone else! We have been traveling to take part in an International Cycling Race a bit far from the place we were staying so when we asked them for early breakfast or a small box in the morning, they prepared everything the night before and we had them in the room. The awesome detail was that the lady in the breakfast place noticed the favourite food we ate the previous morning and brought us the same. Really kind gesture. Thank you!!! Cons: We travelled with a Bike so the room was a bit small for all of our stuff! Maybe a locked storage room would help." ~Irini

"Pros: Everything. Starting with location, if you are going to do treatments at Termas de São Pedro you just have to cross the street. (I went to try the upper respiratory treatments for my problems with sinus congestion and allergies and I’m really happy with the results). Balneários Rainha Dona Amélia is just around the corner. Then I have to mention and be grateful to the owner sra. Lucinda and the staff sra. Helena e sra. Graciete, I felt like I was staying at friend’s house. Thank you so much!💖. And what a beautiful house, the main living area have a fire place that is perfect to relax at the end of those chili days… Breakfast are really good. I’ll definitely go back. 😊" ~Oliveira

"Pros: VERY BAD!!! Booked and paid over Booking.com just to find out that they were full and I'm still trying to get a refund. VERY BAD! Cons: Although Booking.com took my money, neither the Pension or Booking.com cares about to refund. Me and my familiy had to look for another place and that is not acceptable!" ~Helder
