"Pros: Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment with a cavernous kitchen. Wonderfully furnished inside a stone architecture that conveys the feeling of Old World luxury. Located high above the valley with wonderful views. The host and on-site lady were very attentive and responsive to any request. Kitchen was well stocked, great shower with plenty of hot water, great wifi, comfortable bed. No detail was overlooked. The great view does come with a price. The roads leading to the apartment are mountainous and winding and the road you park on is quite narrow so you need to exercise caution and take your time. I would highly recommend this apartment when visiting the Douro valley." ~James
