"Pros: Couldn’t get passed the barrier as we had no key we had to go and find someone to open the barrier for us then we found the key in the box Cons: No Beech towels in the apartment and no clean towels for the whole week. We got beech/pool towels after our request normally when the sun is hot people have showers a lot so change of towels mid week would be good" ~Brian
