"Pros: The apartment is centrally located, close to all main restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. All the furniture, appliances and amenities have superior quality and we feel like home. Cons: I missed more information about the apartment such as how to use the intercom, how to open the door from inside to guests on the street and how to use the washing machine." ~Daniel

"Pros: Casa de Cristelos was comfortable and clean with all the amenities we required during our stay. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, thank you! Cons: The Casa is located up a very steep hill and manoeuvring into the driveway is not easy. We found that there was nowhere to walk to around the accommodation. We travelled with our dog and were charged a flat fee of 50euros (we felt this charge should be shown in the advert description)-a little more transparency on the 'pets allowed' section would be better. This charge was explained to us as being for additional 'cleaning'. We felt this was excessive considering we take great pains to ensure properties are left the way we find them. We were advised that the charge of 50euros is set no matter how long the rental period is for." ~Pauline
