"Pros: Wonderful host and accommodations. Carlos is extremely knowledgable, professional, and generous with his time. We were able to enjoy the private patio/ pool, good wine, walks to the beach, and playtime with his very sweet golden retriever. The location is a just 15 min car ride or train ride to Cascais, 25 minutes to Sintra. Perfect for our family of three. We would love to go back and stay again someday. Thank you, Carlos!" ~Patricia

"Pros: We were very pleased with our 10 day stay at Bafureira Cascais Apartment. The apartment was much bigger than we thought and it suited us well. 2 adults and 2 teenagers especially with 3 toilets! The balcony has view of the sea. Access 2 pools, small play ground and basketball court and a gym. Most people who use the pool seem to be locals who live in the apartments so pool area is not busy. Very safe with security at entrance ( very friendly and top tip if the gyn is closed they have the key) The beach is less than 10 min walk either via the tunnel behind the complex ( via BP station) or via tunnel by the little train station at Sao Pedro do Estoril. We really liked that this is not a tourist area, most people we saw on the beach, local cafes bar, restaurants and supermarkets were locals. Very friendly area and most people helped us in English. The train to Lisbon or Cascais from Parede is a 20 min walk ( there is a small station 5 min walk away at Sao Pedro do Estoril but we couldn't work out how to purchase tickets from there) . Another top tip is the chicken take away near Parede station has the most tasty chicken at a good price. The agency who manages the apartment is very helpful too, charging our check out time to suit as an example Cons: We missed a chopping board" ~Mark

"Pros: Very welcoming and comfortable. Nice balcony to sit out, good mattresses, well equipped and spacious flat. Good window blinds to keep it cool. Use of residential pool and gym. Easy parking and easy walk to the station. Quiet residential area but 10mins walk to some nice restaurants. Very welcoming host, super helpful and accommodating.
