"Cons: Very poor arrangements for getting the keys extremely stressful. The address of the apartment and how to pick up the keys was not shared with us before we set off. We were told to message the host when we had picked up our car at the airport. The phone signal was not good. We had driven a long way before they rang and tried to give us directions off the main road to a garage to pick up the keys, we had to pull in to Obidos service station to ask the people there to speak with the host and tell them where we were. They came to give us the keys. Unfortunately while we were waiting all our luggage was stolen from our locked car. Dropping off the keys was problematic - they told us do not leave them in the apartment, meet us where we met you before. We left at 07.30 as I needed to go to the embassy in Lisbon to pick up an emergency travel document. They were not at the services, we waited 20 minutes they had silenced alerts from my phone and did not answer the phone. They had messaged again to say leave them in the apartment but we did not see this. I then had to spend a lot of time trying to find the host at Lisbon airport to give them the keys."
