"Pros: The pool was fantastic, good size and very clean. The villa is very spacious, and the location is great, 5-8 minutes drive to most of the beaches and yet secluded and quiet. There is a daily cleaning service which was nice. There was good air conditioning in every room and good quality wifi. Cons: The downstairs rooms had a bit of an old house, musty smell. Some basic amenities could be provided, like oil, salt, paper towels. There were lots of ants around the property, which could be fixed by spraying insecticide the day before guests arrival." ~Svetlana

"Pros: I can’t express how pleased we were with our choice to stay with super hosts Markus and Chris. The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, great shower, comfortable bed, peaceful and private, with so many thoughtful touches, and is a little slice of heaven in the Algarve region. Perfectly located for day trips, but it is essential you have your own vehicle. A 5-10 minute drive to great dining options. The wonderful breakfasts provided by our hosts - delivered to our private apartment which adjoins their home each morning - easily tided us over until dinner time. A different special feature each of our 5 days there; French toast, pancakes, meats and cheeses, lots of fresh fruit and yogurt with granola, fruit juice, plus awesome pastries and Chris’ home made bread! Both Markus and Chris were so warm and welcoming, sharing their knowledge of the region and offering great suggestions for sight seeing and dining. We were sad to leave. You will have zero regrets if you choose this lovely B&B. Cons: If you book, be sure to get driving directions directly from the hosts. They are very responsive through both the Booking message feature and WhatsApp. Something is awry with Booking’s link to Google Maps. This is no fault of the hosts!" ~Kathleen
