"Pros: The property is very stylish and full of character. The location is very good; easy to find from outside the city and just a short walk to the historic centre. The breakfast was excellent. A good choice, beautifully served and very personal. Parking is safe secure and plentiful. The gravel will support a motorcycle stand but there is also a paved section where you can park bikes. Very comfortable bed and lots of hot water. Cons: The rooms are quite dark. The room had a reading lamp next to an armchair but this didn’t work very well for writing. Internet was not very good in my bedroom but it was fine in the lounge." ~Stuart

"Pros: Very good surprise in a prime location of Guimarães! Walking distance of a big shopping mall and tons of restaurants. The historical city center is also quite close and walkable. Probably the best 2-star hotel we've stayed at. Deserves more. Cons: Just a small detail of there being no hand-towels and the bath-towels being a bit shorter than usual (and no, those were not the hand-towels :D)." ~João
