"Pros: This place is exceptional. A beautiful old stone house, renovated and designed with great taste. Bedrooms, bathrooms and terraces are very clean, well maintained and have everything you need. The kitchen is well-equipped and makes self-catering a pleasure. The outdoor area (and there is a lot of outdoor area!) is magical! Beautiful green gardens, a wonderful pool, countless sitting areas for relaxation and fun. The location is very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed complete privacy. We even did some “hiking” inside the property and climbed to a hilltop to watch the beautiful view. You can spend lazy mornings by the pool and then take a short drive to Braga, Guimarães, or a 50-minute drive to Porto. Our host, Lígia, was exceptionally welcoming.
