"Pros: We had a really lovely stay! We met our host on arrival and she was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is set back from Funchal centre, so it’s a bit quieter, though there was some traffic noise due to being close to the highway - nothing that stopped us from having a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The place was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. Everyone we met during our time there was friendly and warm, which really added to the experience. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! For anyone driving, you also have private parking in a shared garage. Cons: Nothing we did not like." ~Gavin

"Pros: This is truly a home away home. It has the convince of a home. Very large. Great view. Nuno is an awesome host. Very kind and helpful. It's like guest apartment. Everything is provided. Stay here if you have a car. Taxie from downtown Funcha to herel is about $6. There's also a bus near by. Cons: Nothing" ~Cindy
