"Pros: Everything! My wife and I have been visiting Madeira for 20 years, the past 10 years we have stayed in apartments for between 6 and 12 weeks over the winter, this apartment was the one we dreamed of. It was comfortable, had fantastic views, was very well equipped, every question we asked or request we made was answered almost immediately by Henrique. Buses almost to the door, lovely local cafes for the obligatory morning coffee (and occasional pastel de nata 😉). Supermarket 5 mins away by bus or taxi, we do not recommend walking up there! "Pros: The building in which the apartment is located was built in 2023. Everything is very comfortable and new. The equipment of the apartment is perfect. There is a bakery, a greengrocer and a small supermarket nearby. Larger supermarkets and the city center can only be reached by bus or car. The pools are also very nice, with a wonderful view of the city. The bus stops are right next to the apartment building." ~Zsuzsanna

"Pros: Clean, confortable , perfect place for the NYE firework even if it is on the 1st floor Big terrace Cons: Topics to be improved from my perspective: -Communication with the hosts could be improved -Average value for money. For the price I’ve paid I would expect a better welcome service including a welcome box with regional products for example - Not many towels provided. 2 towels per person (1 big , 1 hands towel) for 5 days stay. At least 2 big towels per person should be provided . If one is in the washing machine so that you can have a second one - please be aware the only way to get to the building is by stairs so not good for people with disabilities , which was not my case but good to be aware of." ~Tatiana
