"Pros: Location was perfect, facilities good and service very quick. Cons: The doors were always locked by a pin code, and on the first day, we couldn’t lock them properly. However, after contacting the owners, they responded quickly and fixed the issue. A couple of days before leaving, water started dripping from the ceiling in the shower. Something had happened on the second floor. After informing the owners, they offered to move us to another apartments, but since we had already spent almost a week there and were tired from hiking, we decided to stay. It didn’t bother us that much. The next day, a similar issue occurred in the kitchen. The owners assumed it was due to rain, but it hadn’t rained that much in Funchal.
