"Pros: Location was very good, beautiful surroundings and located close to Funchal city centre Cons: In the night it was really cold since the place has no heating. The boiler was problematic since sometimes it gives hot water and suddenly it goes super cold." ~Lucian

"Pros: Miguel met us at the Airport already to give us the Keys and sent nice and clear desciption via WA with pictures. Apartment was easy to find and in good condition. There where extra Blankets and a hairdryer. Kitchen is well equiped and the there is even a Washing Machine. The location in the banana-trees is nice and there is a huge terasse and space for the car. Cons: Bathroom is a bit moldy, but I guess thats because of the humidity. We where there in May and it was a bit cold inside so we tried to use the heating but it did not work. Would be nice to have some instructions there." ~Nadja
