"Pros: The Property is situated at a Great location where everything is at at 5-10 minutes walk. The neighborhood has a very good vibe with lots of restaurants and pubs in the area. The property is just 5 minute walk from the promenade. The Studio apartment was spacious with good comfortable beds, Table Chairs, fully equipped kitchen & utensils. The washing machine facility was also available on the ground floor. Will recommend staying here if you are looking for good stay in center of Funchal. Cons: The price of the room felt a little bit high. If it was a bit less then we would have felt more value for money. Otherwise we don't have any other thing that we didn't like." ~Neha
