"Pros: The apartment was well designed. It was modern and practical. It had more than you can ask for. Two TVs: one in the living area, one in bed. A full length mirror, Dishwasher, oven, microwave, washingmaschine, iron, extra pool towels! Even a grater for cheese. The Host is well organised and reacts quickly. Parking was available and the pool area is really enjoyable. There is a supermarket in walking distance and a bus (3 min walking) takes you to funchal within 15 minutes. I would stay here again. Cons: The apartment had a damp feeling to it. We aired it out a lot." ~Elena

"Pros: Location was good. Only 10-15min drive to Funchal centre. Internet connection was great. A/C was also good. Washing machine facilities were very useful. Overall it was a good experience, the host is very friendly and helpful. I truly believe the issues we experiences will be rectified by him for other visitors to come! Cons: Amount of centipedes that make their way into the house over night. Lack of bathroom ventilation. Lack of water spill control in the shower area. The shower head holder that struggles holding the shower head. Door handles that are failing (be careful, do not latch any internal doors)." ~Mantas
