Really clean, has a great view, and is well thought out in terms of amenities.
Hosts are extremely responsive.
Cons: 1. The pool is not as enjoyable as it looks, during the 'right hours' typically occupied by families with kids and gets noisy.
2. Instructions - starting from the precise address to the access to something as simple as the trash can be improved massively, it doesn't need to be a struggle.
3. The living room has no coffee table unless you decide to get the outdoor one from the balcony.
4. Location is tricky if no car, bolt/taxi takes time"
