"Pros: Location is good, approximately 1km from CR7 birth house, also 7-8 minutes from Funchal promenade. 100m from he flat there is Continente supermarket for easy shopping. Great underground parking. Cons: Place was advertised with a pool, one of main reason why this place was booked - what we didnt have was pool, it was under construction, so false advertising, nobody told us before so we could change the booking. Very thin walls, you could hear the neighbors and also street noise, especially motorcyclists who wanted to torture their bikes during nighttime." ~Ain

"Pros: The appartement was very spacious and nice with a great separate kitchen en huge bathroom. And the balcony was huge as well 18m2 with an amazing view! And you have your own private parking spot in a huge garage. It was just an awesome place to stay. We definitely go there again! Cons: The beds were not so good, bad quality matrasses. And the swimming pool was not included and it was empty as well." ~Marcel
