"Pros: Great central location in Espinho, shops and brilliant cafe/bakery right next door. The apartment is very big, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a very big and nicely fitted-out open plan kitchen/lounge/eating area. Quite quiet condidering its central shopping area location. Most of Espinho is within easy walking distance and the waterfront with great beaches just five minute walk away. Food shopping and restaurants all nearby. Cons: Paid car parking is easy nearby. If you park in a street bay, you WILL get a parking fine ticket at 9:30 am (by police) if not paid by 9.00 am. There is free parking at the waterfront, about 10 minutes walk away - it is 'watched over' in daytime by 'less fortunates'. We quite liked that as a concept that the municipal and police do not concern themselves with. I just gave them one euro each day." ~Steven
