"Pros: Very nice location, very nice staff (Carlos) and parking place in the garage!
Cons: There was a bit of humidity in the appartement and the wall was peeling in the bedroom. As well the bathroom was not something very nice (the hairdryer works bad and there was a bit of mold). However for one night stay it was okay."

"Pros: Electronic key was easy to use, comfortable bed, 5th-floor view, spacious kitchen and an overall comfortably-sized apartment.
Cons: Couldn’t get the heat working (tho there was an extra blanket to use), shower floor was very slippery and required extra caution. Not the greatest neighborhood, but area is easily walkable."

"Pros: It was perfect for my purpose which was to be in a residence in Coimbra while my son trained in the local football academy AAC. The flat is central, the flat is spacious, airy and bright, the kitchen has sufficient vessels so you can cook, there is a washing machine, a cleaning lady comes once a week to do a deep clean of the flat, there is a good security system so you feel safe. My son visits once a week and he can sleep over if need be.
