"Pros: Location was close to Casa da Guia, and a lovely 25 minute walk by the ocean away from the centre of Cascais Parking was available next to the building Very spacious rooms Lovely terrace Green and calm part of town The owners allowed earlier entry, which was fantastic as it gave us those few extra hours to make a day of our first evening Cons: Even though we liked the apartment, it has definitely seen better days, refurbishment is needed in many areas Funky smell in the bathroom Appliances - some were a bit dated, and the dishwasher was small, so only fit a handful of selected plates For lightsleepers - even though it seems like a calm part of town, there were plenty night distractions with a bit of construction and a whole lot of bird noises What could have made the experience better -> please leave simple things like dishwasher tablets, coffee / tea, dishwasher fluid, washing machine tablets and etc. so that at least for the first day or so the guests are covered Some plates / the grill were not clean" ~Darius
