"Pros: From the moment you arrive there is a feeling of being welcomed. For ever aspect of our stay Luís was there to assist, from restaurant reservations to trail info. Bella made us a welcome basket and homemade treats. For New Years there was champagne! Truly an amazing place in the most beautiful of settings. Cons: N/A" ~James

"Pros: Excellent customer service - a few examples I consider going above and beyond: helping us open wax sealed wine and providing us glasses when we didn't order the wine from the hotel (wanted to try a local Santa Maria wine), and delivering a birthday cake (we did not request). Breakfast was good, varied and filling. Overall facilities and rooms were well equipped. Cons: The building and rooms are dated but only aesthetically.
