"Pros: The hotel looks new, the hotel/room looked better in person. The room was clean and well-maintained. The pillows are plush and the bed is comfortable. The located is good, just a block away from the famous Calle Crisologo. I went here during a typhoon and unfortunately there was a series of electricity blackout but there was a receptionist and guard on-duty at night which was really comforting to know. There was a cafe downstairs too! Cons: The hallways are dimly lit; and is a bit scary especially at night. During the blackout, it was completely dark in the hallway, there were emergency lights but they were not on." ~Camila

"Pros: I love that it is located very near Calle Crisologo, konting kembot lang yun na! Cons: The staff can be more accommodating specially since it was obvious that we came for leisure without any tour packages or guide. As part of the tourism industry, accommodation personnel should be knowledgeable and promote the locality - places to visit if with kids, for the adventure seeker, places to eat etc" ~Marie
