"Pros: Property is in excellent atmosphere and you have a piece of mind in the place. Also Anton is very attentative in his place to ensured the guest satisfaction. Cons: Miscommunication in the property policies regarding the guest count and the principal. The guard on duty is not capable to handle a guest in a proper way. He is not even a smiling while he talking in the guest and you need to asked him time to time if we are ready to go to the room. This kind of behavior are not a right place to him because maybe he think that he only a guard a not a front service." ~Aladino
